Rosemary Perez was the best. This was our first home purchase and we were so lost with how to even begin the process. Thank fully we knew Rosemary and asked her to help guide us in the right direction. Rosemary gave us all the resources to begin. When we were pre approved she began sending us many houses that were on the market. I had my eye on one in particular. We went and saw the house but of course my indecisiveness began to show. Rosemary had so much patience with us. I just couldn’t get that first house out of my mind. It’s a huge decision and a lifelong commitment. After speaking to her I realized that cosmetics can always change and I needed to really focus on the elements I loved from this house, all of the character that we don’t see in newer builds.
