Getting Pre-Approved

Having a written preapproval is the key to compete in this competitive market. We recommend starting this process right away with a lender if you plan to finance. If you need some recommendations or a second quote, a Cherry agent will be able to refer you to a trusted local lender.

Home Search

 Your Cherry agent will create a personalized MLS search that fits your criteria and continually send you properties as soon as they hit the market.

 

 

 

 

 

 

4.

Viewing Homes

Your Cherry agent will coordinate home tours for you and guide you through.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.

Offer Time

Once you have found the home you love, you and your agent will discuss terms and draft the offer to purchase.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6.

Home Inspection and Testing Phases

Once your offer has been accepted your agent will guide you through the inspection and testing phases, and make sure all deadlines are met.

 

 

 

 

 

 

7.

Appraisal and Financing Commitment

Your agent will help guide you through the appraisal contingency phase along with the financing loan commitment deadlines.

 

 

 

 

 

8.

Final Walkthrough

Within 3 days of closing, you will have a chance to walk through the property one last time. This walkthrough will be scheduled by your agent.

 

 

 

 

 

 

9.

Closing

Congratulations! All contingencies are met and it’s time to close!
The location and time will be coordinated by your agent and lender.

 

 

 

 

 

10.

Moving Day!

Cue the confetti! Keys are exchanged and a new chapter begins!
